Our dinner buffets generally begin with a base price of 12.95 per person plus taxes.  Included in this base price are ...

 

our signature Herbed Bread Basket including homemade white, herb breads and dinner rolls

two salads

one hot vegetable dish

one hot side dsh such as rice pilau or sage roasted potatoes

one basic hot entree, such as lasagna, quiche, meat pie or comparable item

 

 

From this base we can add ...

 

soup $1.50 to $2.50 per person

a second basic hot entree for $1.50 per person

pre-dinner hors d'oeuvres from $2.50 to $5.00 per person

upgrade to a dinner entree such as breast of chicken stuffed with

 wild rice and spinach for $3.00 per person or poached salmon with

 lemon dill cream for $5.00 per person

extra upgraded main courses for 1/2 the upgrade price of the less

 expensive entree, i.e. a buffet with smoked salmon would add $5.00

 to the base price, while a choice of stuffed breast of chicken could

 be added with an additional $1.50 per person

basic desserts such as a selection of our homemade tarts, cookies

 and squares for as little as $1.00 per person, up to selected

 cheesecakes for up to $4.00 per person

a midnight buffet for a wedding starting at $3.75 per person

We will organize and provide servers according to the style of event and the numbers of servers required at a rate of $15.00 per server per hour, plus a minimum 10% gratuity (the industry standard is 15%, and while we wish to ensure our staff of reasonable compensation for their work towards making your event successful, we realize that large catered events are expensive, and also like to allow the client their prerogative in final gratuity, so that we can measure their satisfaction with our service).  In general, if there is no extended period of time between service of various courses at an event, service will add between $1.00 (for buffet service and table bussing) to $2.00 per person to your main price.
